Taylormade Burner Golf
How much would it cost to get a stiffer shaft in golf?
I have a taylormade burner 09 Reax49G shaft in regular flex, i think i might need stiff how much would it cost?
Can i trade in that shaft and just pay to get it put on?

You MIGHT be able to trade it in at a smaller “mom and pop” golf shop, or to a private club builder, but you will NOT be able to trade it in at a retail store like Golfsmith. Your best bet is to put it on craigslist or ebay and see if you can get someone to buy it.
By the way, a 49 gram “regular” is really flexing at more like “A” (amateur) flex or “senior” due to the very thin walls of the shaft needed to get such a low weight. ALWAYS get fitted before you buy a shaft or new golf club!!!!
A new shaft will run anywhere from $20-$1200 with a good quality shaft costing $80-100. NEVER spend big money unless your game merits it, you are ABSOLUTELY sure of your personal specifications, or you just like burning cash. 
Labor should be no more than $20-25.
