Steel Shaft Stiff
What type of flex shaft should I have for my driver and irons?
I’m hitting the driver 275+ with my stiff flex and I was wondering if i need an X stiff. I’m not sure but it became alil harder to hit accurate shots with my driver now that I’m hitting it longer. Also, I’m using 95g regular flex steel shafts for my irons and I’m hitting the 5 iron 185 yards. Do I need to change my iron shafts too? Someone give me some advice because I’m too busy to get fitted.
Oh and im 15 years old with a 7 handicap…if that helps
my 6 iron club head speed is an average of 97.5mph
and my driver is a 108.4mph
You provide lots of data……but you are lacking the one item that would indicate if you need to change flex’s……Club head speed is the sole determining factor on flex selection. at 15, I doubt that you are too busy. Allocate the time if you are serious about this question.
