HTC Touch Pro 2 crashes constantly?
I have my new HTC Touch Pro 2 blocked by Orange Romania. It worked fine until I started to install new software from the Internet. A couple of days started to freeze so badly is just restart the phone (sometimes with a soft reset) could solve the problem temporarily. After starting an error message appears on the screen .. something about the missing file from the application I made some time before uninstalling. I have read some of the reset officials but I really do not want to do that. If there is another way please let me know. Thank you very much.
that could have gotten a virus. I think all you can do is go back to Orange and ask them to replace your phone (if the phone is still under warranty). Also, you may be able to fix some phone shops second hand, one of those stores where used mobile phone repair and sell them.
