Ideas, How I can sell?
OK, I live in a city that has many shopping centers used, and outlet centers. And because stop there why not do something with them? There is a group of stores that has a go cart track, a cinema, bowling and minigolf OSO I thought of all the other empty shops out there, why not make it a place where ppl can hang out. As the construction of a park in one section, and putting on a play area in a shop. anyway. My question is>>> How I can sell to the city? an achievement that will be costly and time consuming and labor. Help me with idea of pitching in the city. Thanks! (More ideas for the site also would also be useful)
Good idea. When the development is carried out, as it can be financed with private money looking for a profit. The government is not in the building of warehouses. If the city is considered the taxpayer for spending something like that most people get angry at this use of money and did not happen. Your best bet is to contact the local economic development group in your area (you can find your number through the Chamber of Commerce) and tell them about your idea. Good luck.
