Regular Flex Graphite
If my swing speed is 100 to 105 mph should I get a drive shaft that is stiff, regular and Super Flex?

rigid flex is best for you. You do not want one unless XStiff hovering 115 + and you do not want a regular if below 95. This is the basic rule to tell people and almost any company will tell you. Note rigidity shaft depends on the real tree, if you go to the site web tree makers, in this case, TaylorMade, should be able to find a table which will make recommendations based on your swing speed, launch angle, etc.
