I eat more or less?

so I'm trying to lose weight this year, I have to lose 30 pounds, and now 200 individual medley. for breakfast I eat a banana and two with a bottle of vitamin water and a granola bar, sometimes two them.after lifting weight I have lunch and I like the package of cheese sticks (2) water or apple juice and maybe a small bag of popcorn. I ate for dinner tonight, two small tacos and yellow rice with water … so after school going to work on my jogging I have about a mile and do something else for my body tone. weekends to play golf and can return to the gym … My real question is that as in the small or large?? Should I add different foods or try a diet of fruits right? I eat three meals a day …
