Can I sue my girlfriend?
Yesterday I broke up with my girlfriend over the phone and asked her to come pick up all of her stuff at my apartment.. To avoid confrontation and make things less awkward, I took a shower while she was gathering her things. This morning when I was getting ready to go to my new job at a prestigious firm, I found that she had defecated all over my suits and nice shirts, and consequently had nothing to wear, so I borrowed an “I love college” t-shirt with a picture of a large pitcher of beer on it and plaid golf shorts from my roommate. When I arrived at work I was immediately fired.. Can I sue my girlfriend for her actions?
