Do you use a special ball in high school football?
I'm playing in Southern California and want to know CIF rules …. Be you have to use the standard size ball, but is there any restriction that you must use "new" ball or balls complete pumping? I have small hands and I want my balls to deflate a bit and I can catch the ball better. Also, for some reason my hands the old ball club better. Do let me old playing with a ball that is not completely pumped?
No, comes with an official size ball rather, they should not be new
