If I hit my ball near a man made object (cart path, ball washer, yard marker) That Has not Been marked as a hazard and it Affects my swing or stance I do get relief?
Yes, find your Nearest point of relief. That is the spot Nearest That Gives You Both stance and swing relief. You Can Then drop one club length from That spot no closer to the hole. Note That if your Nearest spot of relief is deep in a bush or grass, etc. Still it is your Nearest point of relief and you'd Have to drop in That spot regardless. SW Before you pick your ball up, make sure you Have A Better spot to drop. Occasionally, you're Better off hitting from the cart path.
