What are the good to best golf full sets for a female beginner in high school?

Hi, I am also a female golfer and I started learning golf during high school. For a beginner I’d recommend you buy a used set at a golfstore or thru online. You need a driver (11, 12, or 13 loft), a fairway wood (preferably a 5 or 7 wood), a set of irons (5 thru sandwedge), and a putter. As you progress, you can add a 3 wood, a hybrid, etc according to your game and needs. You can buy used clubs in near new condition as there are plenty for sale on Ebay and other websites and golf stores. I would not buy an inexpensive “no-name brand” full set. They are of lower quality and may make it less fun and more difficult to learn the sport. In general, stay away from packaged clubs that include all the clubs in a box.

Golf clubs have a lot to do with personal preference. I recommend you go to a golf store and try hitting some balls. If youre unable to do that, I suggest the following clubs (you can’t go wrong with these).
For iron sets, I highly recommend Taylormade R7. You can currently find them new on Ebay for around $500. For woods, I’d go with Callaway X or Big Bertha ($150 each). For driver, the Ping Rhapsody is very good ($200). For putters I’d recommend Ping or Odyssey. In general Callaway, Ping, Taylormade, Cobra, Cleveland, and Adams are brands you want to stick with.

Note: If youre significantly taller than the average female, a standard set of “womens” clubs may not fit you. You will need longer length clubs. If youre shorter, you can just grip down on the clubs.
