Whipping cream is still liquidy?
I tried to whip the cream for some time, I really did not get a thicker. I put in a cup heavy cream and 4 tablespoons of sugar and tastes good, but still liquidy really? What have I done wrong? (Incidentally, I am using a regular whip. You has no power.) Thanks!
You Put sugar before I formed the peaks.
