Besides a car what Is enclosed & can be driven on the highway?
I like Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEV’s) but I’d rather have something that takes gas & it needs to be highway worthy. I also like enclosed motorcycles but there doesn’t seem to be any in the US.
Even the street legal golf carts are not highway legal 
Is there anything on the market in the US that is enclosed & can be driven on the highway?
