Distance Soft Golf
Which offence should get the heaviest punishment–throwing shoes,rotten eggs,golf or cricket balls at another?
…human who is your own countryman or a foreign leader/celebrity? Should the offender be only fined or imprisoned for a minimum of 12 mths and max of 12 yrs? Would hard female stiletto shoes, solid balls aimed below the belt, etc get a heavier sentence than softer male shoes and balls aimed above the belt? Should the judge consider gender, type of missiles thrown, and distance from victim, in sentencing the offender?
Your creative and interesting inputs/judgement would be most welcomed! This kind of offence seems to be rather new ever since a middle-east journalist created world news, and not many laws have been passed, i think. Thanks for your time, in advance!
He’s no better than anyone else is and he didn’t even get hit by the shoes, so the man who threw the shoes should be punished like anyone else throwing something at someone and missing–a slap on the wrist!
