Although I am far from being a mechanical engineer who has some experience from solution transport applications problems, some of which include different production hub carriers. The most common problem seems to be a loss of unity and sometimes it is caused by variations in load beyond the original design of the conveyor belt, but other culprits may be elements of gear.
