Club Mens Stiff

i was at my health club the other day and it was when it was empty. they closed the mens area for cleaning so i had to shower in the family changing room (it was empty no worries). when i was done showering i had a stiff one for some reason but no one was in the room i thought so i just got out of the shower to go change. when i walked out there i didnt have my towel on and there was a cleaning lady in the bathroom (around 37 years of age she was). she looked over and saw everything. should i talk to her and appologize, i just got dressed and ran out. do you think she thinks im sick? im only 15
As embarrassing as it probably was for you, don’t stress about it too much. It happens. When you’re not h*rny, it happens, it just does. Next time, just make sure that you have your towel. 
And no, you are not sick.
