Pros and Cons of the BOBBY JONES HYBRID?
What are some benficial qualities of the bobby jones hyrbid designed by jesse garcia. I’m looking into to buying the 21 degree hyrbrid. Is it worth the $200.
According to Golf Magazine (May ‘08) Club Test issue….
Pros:
Most accurate sticks in test- like throwing darts; terrific forgiveness; love it’s versatility; gets the ball up in the air quickly; explosive impact feel; easy to hit and powerful from wet rough; high trajectory lets ball lad steeply and softly on the green; equally adept from fairway or rough; smallish head plays big.
Cons:
Oblong shape is a bit odd; it’s minor but the lack of a sightline is noticeable in rough.
Soooooooooooooooo……… do you REALLY want to spend $200 on a hybrid? The choice is yours. Hope this info helps.
