How bad are cigars for you?
Im 14 and occasionally smoke a captain black sweet. I don’t do drugs. But like once a month my buddies get together and use my golf simulator we have scotch and smoke a cigar – we don’t get drunk just enjoy the taste but always have an awesome time. My question is – how bad is this for me?

an occasional cigar doesn’t hurt – but certainly is no better than cigarettes – you can research the effects quite extensively on the internet if you wish.
alcohol – socially it’s accepted and almost expected, but at 14 or 15 you are a little young. 16 and 17 is more normal when kids get into beer etc.Or maybe I’m out of touch and younger is more common nowadays?
Consider in France, families drink wine as a matter of normality, so I guess the odd drink in moderation isn’t going to hurt and get you addicted -
