And I swear, that [my sister and I] seen someone throw a bag with things that move things inside. Our hypothesis is cats, more than one. It seemed a lot of things that move in the bag. We say to our father and we went home with things moving in the bag and bag was not his most part. In fact, the basket is moved to a different place. I have so much fear, I have fear inside their animals. What do I call? What if the delay?
Call animal services I'm not exactly what the number is, in fact, be preferable to call 911 because they can call animal services and tell them you saw the bag might even be moving a person!
